The bar is called King Kamea and the name is actually quite banal. We often used to watch Magnum on TV and there was a bar in it that had this name. I basically always wanted to have a place where you could live your small dreams - nothing big, breath-taking or ebulliently glamorous. This is why I opened a small coffee place. The King Kamea is mainly a coffee bar over the day and turns into a bar at night. We give people the opportunity to give a reading, hang up their paintings or to play their records, regardless of whether they are famous, well-known or notorious. Here, they can try themselves out, simply because they would like to and enjoy it.
I am deeply convinced that everybody would like to receive respect for what they have done - no matter what the level.
